Spencer Cook, RAS #1524, is a lifelong wheelchair user and has worked in architecture field for over 15 years. By combining his knowledge of accessibility standards with his experience navigating the built environment as a disabled person, he's able to identify potential barriers and find compliant solutions quickly.
