RAS Plan Review and Inspection fees are determined by the project's estimated construction budget and are listed in the table below. All RAS projects will be charged a $50 administrative. If ADC is registering your project with TDLR, the $175 registration fee will be included on your first invoice.
Missed inspection appointments will incur a $250 rescheduling fee. If you wish to reschedule an inspection, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
ADC is based in Austin and Corpus Christi, Texas. Projects more than 100 miles from either city will be charged a travel fee, evaluated on a case by case basis. Contact us to learn more.
